Classic Beef Short Ribs

Classic Beef Short Ribs are cooked low and slow until they reach the fall-off-the-bone deliciousness!

This baked short ribs is cooked with unique sauce that makes it more flavorful! See the video below for full details!

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in short ribs

  • 8 oz of sliced mushrooms

  • 2 whole garlics, minced

  • 1 lb. bacon

  • salt and pepper

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste

  • 1/2 cup red wine (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven for 350°F

  2. Seasoned short ribs with salt and pepper.

  3. On a medium-heat cast iron, drizzle olive oil. When cast iron is heated, add our seasoned short ribs. Cook until golden brown on each sides. Set aside. Then cook the bacon.

  4. For our sauce: Roast 2 garlic sliced in half. then add mushroom, beef broth and tomato paste. Mix and stir. Simmer for at least 2 mins.

  5. Add our short ribs into the sauce and drizzle the cook bacon on top of the short ribs then simmer for 2 minutes again.

  6. Once cooked, separate our short ribs and place it into a baking dish and bake our short ribs for 2 hours and 30 mins. (oven preheated for 350°F)

  7. Serve with the sauce! Enjoy!
